摘 要:目的探讨精细化流程管理在提高手术室护理质量和满意度中的作用。方法选择2016年至我院进行手术的患者61例作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为实验组31例,对照组30例,对照组运用常规护理,实验组运用精细化流程管理。比较两组患者的护理质量和满意度。结果干预后实验组患者的手术环境、护理配合、护理记录、器械管理等评分及满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精细化流程管理有助于提高手术室护理质量及患者满意度。Objective To explore the role of elaborate workflow management in improving nursing quality and satisfaction in the operating room. Methods A total of 61 patients who underwent surgery in our hospital in 2016 were selected as study subjects. Randomized digital table was used to divide the patients into experimental group (31 cases) and control group (30 cases). The control group was treated with routine nursing and the experimental group was managed with refined procedures. The quality of care and satisfaction were compared between the two groups of patients. Results After the intervention, the scores and satisfaction of the experimental group, surgical care, nursing records, device management, were higher in the experimental group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Refined process management can help improve the quality of care in the operating room and patient satisfaction.
