摘　　要：本文就血透中心9例中老年糖尿病肾病患者血液透析中的常规护理以及中老年和糖尿病透析患者的特殊性进行护理,从护理过程中体会护士应该具有高度的责任心和敏锐的观察分析能力,针对中老年和糖尿病透析患者的特点进行个体化的护理,从而保障中老年糖尿病肾病患者的透析能够顺利进行。This article focuses on the routine nursing of 9 middle-aged and elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy in hemodialysis center and the particularity of middle-aged and elderly patients with diabetic dialysis.From the nursing process,it is realized that nurses should have a high sense of responsibility and a keen ability of observation and analysis,and individualized nursing should be carried out according to the characteristics of middle-aged and elderly patients with diabetic dialysis,so as to Dialysis in elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy can proceed smoothly.
