摘　　要：目的探讨新生儿红臀防治与护理方法。方法选取我科新生儿150例参与本次的研究新生儿出现红臀,所有新生儿均接受早期护理干预,回顾性分析患儿临床资料,对于护理干预前后新生儿红臀发生率,并总结新生儿红臀防治与护理方法。结果经过早期护理干预和防治后,新生儿红臀发生率明显降低,与护理前相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将早期护理干预和防治方法应用到新生儿红臀治疗和护理过程中,可以有效的降低其发生率,具有极高的临床应用及推广价值。objective: to explore the prevention and treatment of newborn red buttocks and nursing methods. Methods: 150 neonates in our department were selected to participate in this study. All the neonates received early nursing intervention. The clinical data of the children were retrospectively analyzed. Results: after early nursing intervention and prevention, the incidence of newborn red buttocks was significantly reduced, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion: early nursing intervention and prevention methods applied to the treatment and nursing process of newborn red buttock, can effectively reduce its incidence, has a very high clinical application and promotion value. Newborn red buttock as a newborn more common skin disease, once the occurrence of such symptoms, if not timely treatment, it is extremely easy to cause neonatal skin damage,thereby threatening the quality of life of newborn. For newborn red buttocks, it is also known as diaper rash in clinical practice,the main pathogenesis of which is not timely diaper change, not clean after use, wet newborn buttocks, poor diaper absorbency and rough diaper change action and so on. The study found that early nursing intervention and related preventive measures applied to the clinical nursing process of newborn, can effectively reduce the incidence of newborn red buttocks, based on this, this paper focuses on the prevention and care of newborn red buttocks were studied, the specific report is as follows.
