短板修复模式在手术室护理质量管理中的运用

摘　　要：目的分析短板修复模式在手术室护理质量管理中的运用效果。方法选择2016年1月-2016年12月作为对照组时间段,选择2017年1月-2017年12月作为观察时间段,随机在两个时间段内各选择接受手术治疗患者174例,即对照组及观察组,对照组施行常规护理措施,观察组联用短板修复模式进行干预,分析两组患者护理质量评分及护理服务满意度。结果观察组护理质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理服务满意率95.34%显著高于对照组的77.01%(P<0.05)。结论加强短板修复模式在手术室护理质量管理,有助于提升手术室护理服务质量,提高患者对护理服务的满意度。Objective To analyze the application effect of short plate repair model in the quality management of operating room nursing.Methods January 2016-December 2016 as control group,select January 2017-December 2017 as the observation period,random in two periods each choose to accept surgery in 174 cases of patients,namely the control group and observation group,control group routine nursing measures,observation group board repair mode to intervene,analysis of two groups of patient care quality score and nursing service satisfaction.Results the nursing quality score of the observation group was signifcantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of nursing service in the observation group was 95.34%,signifcantly higher than the control group's 77.01%(P<0.05).Conclusion it is helpful to strengthen the quality management of nursing in operating room to improve the quality of nursing service and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing service.
