摘　　要：目的总结Multilink N树脂粘合剂在全瓷冠粘接中的临床应用。方法选择前牙因缺损或缺失需行全瓷冠桥修复的病例,采用Multilink N树脂粘合剂配合牙本质牙釉质预处理剂对全瓷冠桥进行永久粘接,根据操作步骤行相应护理措施。结果使用Multilink N树脂粘合剂进行前牙全瓷修复体永久粘接后,早期出现2例修复体脱落,1例修复体内冠气泡残留情况。其余修复效果均良好,患者满意,其前牙功能得到恢复,修复体粘接牢固,未出现修复松动、脱落现象。结论规范、熟练的临床护理配合可有效保证Multilink N树脂粘合剂在前牙全瓷冠桥永久粘接中的修复效果。Objective To summarize the clinical cooperative nursing experience of Multilink N resin adhesive in ceramic bridge bonding to anterior teeth.Methods We collected cases that anterior teeth due to defects or missing for ceramic bridges. Multilink N resin working in with dentin enamel pretreatment agent of ceramic bridges were permanently adhered to anterior teeth, according to the operation steps for nursing measures.Results Using Multilink N resin adhesive, permanent restorations of ceramic restorations were performed, and 2 cases of restorations were removed in the early stage, and residual air bubbles in the crowns appeared in 1 case. The patients were satisfied with the other restoration of the anterior teeth, the prosthesis was firmly bonded, and there was no loosening or falling prosthesis.Conclusions Standard and skilled clinical nursing coordination can effectively guarantee the restoration effect of Multilink N resin adhesive in permanent bonding of ceramic bridge on anterior teeth.
