摘　　要：街道和社区是城市辖区的重要主体,也是城市区志的重要组成部分。对于街道和社区内容入志的处理,方志理论中鲜有论述。本文拟结合编纂《卢湾区志(2004-2011)》过程中的具体实践,从设置编章节目、明确记述内容、完善编纂制度和审读修改志稿等四个方面探讨如何做好城市区志社区(街道)编的编纂工作。It is very crucial to record the sub - districts and the communities, which are important components of an urban district, in an urban district chronicle. However, as to how to compile them in a chronicle, there re few written theories. Thanks to our recent efforts in compiling the Luwan District Chronicles (2004 - 2011), Wet ve summed up a lot of useful experience. The article is to explore the compilation of the sub - district and community series in urban district chronicles from four aspects: setting up the outline, defining the main body, building a team of compilers and modifying the manuscripts.
