新时期市、县级城市年鉴编纂创新工作的若干思考

摘　　要：方志人不能满足于现有的业绩,要树立忧患意识,特别是今天,在新时期各个领域日新月异的发展中,年鉴的编纂绝不可固步自封,必须用创新的思维来审视我们的工作,必须在与时代发展的无缝对接中探索新的套路,塑造新的模式。尤其是方志人应有开放的、广阔的视野,当今国外的一些年鉴在实用性上做出了许多探索,取得了良好成效,一些年鉴甚至成了畅销书,值得我们地方志工作者思考、借鉴。笔者认为新时期市、县级年鉴编纂,要在快、深、全、准、俗、新六个字上做文章,编年鉴简本、编单位年鉴、编行业年鉴、编学科年鉴、编专题年鉴、编网上年鉴,从而使市、县级年鉴编纂工作在强化资料性的基础上,实现在实用性上的新跨越、新突破。The chronicle editors should never be satisfied with what they have made. Particularly with today’ s far-reaching and ever - changing advancements , we should be innovation - minded to explore new ways and modes of compiling and never refuse anything new. We should look outbound for the international best practices which make best - seller chronicles. The author holds that in this new era, the city and county chronicles should be timely, in - depth, comprehensive ,accurate, popular and updated. They should include the form of abridged editions and cover many aspects of the urban life, such as yearbooks of various companies, industries, disciplines, and themes, as well as online chronicles. With their abundant data, the city and county chronicles are expected to make breakthroughs in their feasibility.
