摘　　要：上海地区府县志出现于宋朝,发生在中国经济中心南移之际,带有鲜明的历史变迁标记。笔者研读《上海府县旧志丛书》得出结论:宋明以来江南经济的发达是长期自然积累、顺天应时的结果,并非政府刺激拉动的产物。上海地区方志旧籍保存了相当丰富的财政改革实录,资政之效实为大矣。Shanghai prefecture records first appeared in the Song Dynasty at the time of the Chinese economic centre moving from north to south, showing a distinct mark of historical change. By studying Shanghai Prefectures Old Records Series ,the author concludes : the developed economy of regions south of the Yangtze River since the Song and Ming dynasties is the result of the long period of natural accumulation and objective conditions rather than the government stimulus - led product. Considerable memoirs of the fiscal reform are preserved in the ancient literature of Shanghai area, quite beneficial to the governance.
