试论第二轮新方志编修的实践创新

摘　　要：新中国第二轮方志编修跟首轮修志不同,是在首轮修志基础上的深化、规范和提升,在体裁、篇目结构和其他方面都有所进步,如运用体裁上的技巧处理前后志在内容上的衔接,增加“特载”等新体裁,取消“经济综述”篇,设立改革开放、体制改革、民营经济(非公有制经济)专篇,加强人文内容的记述,纠正首轮志书中经济部类与人文部类比例的严重失调。但由于二轮新志的编修者大多数为新人,对首轮修志的总结不够,因此在实践创新中会不时陷入假象创新、盲目创新和否定式创新。Different from tin-first round,tlw second round of chronicle compilation in New China is enhanced,regulated anil improved on the lias is of the first round.They are improved in terms of genres,lalde structures,etc.For example,adjacent chapters are mote coherent thanks to skills in genres;new genres like“Special Features"are aihled and“Eoo-nontie Overview"is removed:special discourses mi lefomi aial opening up,institutional reform,ami plicate economy(non-public sceine)are added at?l there arc more contents for culture In correct the problem id disproportion between economic ami cultural categories.However,as most of the ciunpilrrs in live second round are green hands who haven't learned much front the first round,they often fall into the illusion of illusive innovation,blind innovation and negative innovation during their innovative practices.
