摘　　要：新中国首轮修志基本已经完成,许多广播电视志中存在对民国时期情况记载不足的问题。尤其对早期广播人物的记载,首轮广播电视志存在“入志人物数量太少”“国民党官营及民营电台人物所占比例太小”“人物记述手法较为单一”等问题,而这些问题的出现缘于人们认为只有“政治正确”的“正面人物”才能入志,导致许多真正为我国广播事业发展做出贡献的早期人物并未得到恰如其分的记载。在新一轮修志中,人们应解放思想,尽快补救,以多种方式记述早期对中国广播事业做出贡献的人物。Although the first round of chronicle compilation in New China has been mostly completed,records of the Republic of China in many radio and TV chronicles are insufficient.It's especially so in terms of early radio figures.In the radio and TV1’chronicles of the first round,"too few figures were mentioned"and“too fewof them were from the official or private radio stations of the Kuomintang,"and"the figures were also recorded in a rather monotonous style.”Those problems were due to people's belief that only"politically correct and positive figures"could be compiled into the chronicles.As a result,many early figures that truly contributed to the development of China's radio industry were not recorded appropriately.In the new round of chronicle compilation,compilers should emancipate their minds,make remedies as soon as possible,and record the early figures that contributed to China's radio industry in various ways.
