摘  要:分别采用不同的柔软免烫工艺对三种组织规格的纯棉面料进行整理,并对整理后面料的回潮率、吸水性及速干性进行检测。结果表明,液氨整理可提高面料的回潮率,树脂整理会降低面料的回潮率;普通树脂整理导致吸水性下降,高导湿潮交联整理大大改善面料的吸水性。各种整理方式中,树脂整理面料的速干性最好,其中高导湿潮交联整理织物的速干性比普通整理的稍好。Cotton fabrics with three different textures are selected and finished with diverse soft and non-ironing finishing processes. The moisture regain, water absorption and quick dry performances of the finished fabrics are evaluated. The results show that liquid ammonia treatment can improve the moisture regain of fabrics, while resin treatment will reduce the moisture regain of fabrics. Furthermore, common resin finishing results in a decrease of water absorption;on the contrary, high moisture conductivity moist crosslinking finishing can greatly improve the water absorption of fabrics. In addition, it is found that quick dry performance of fabrics treated with resin is the best and the quick dry performance with high moisture conductivity moist crosslinking finish is slightly better than that with common resin finishing.
