摘  要:设计了一款新型的防水汽非织造布口罩,口罩的三层结构面层、芯层和里层通过超声波焊接工艺连接。采用环保的吸湿PET网孔水刺非织造布替代传统口罩的里层,可大幅度提高口罩的防水汽性能;面层的表面设置有均匀的轧点,能够显著提高口罩的柔软性。该口罩具有舒适、透气、耐用的优点,并具有较好的防雾和防水汽性能。A new type of moisture prevention non-woven mask is designed. The mask is composed of three layers: the surface layer, the core layer and the inner layer, which are connected by ultrasonic welding technology. By using an environmentally friendly hygroscopic PET mesh spun laced non-woven fabric in stead of the inner layer of the traditional mask, the moisture prevention performa nee of the mask is greatly improved. The surface of the mask is equipped with uniform rolling points, which can significantly improve the softness of the mask. The mask has the advantages of comfort, breathability and durability, and has good anti-fog and moisture prevention performance.
