摘 要:研究石墨烯在磷酸铁锂(LiFePO4)正极材料的应用。石墨烯的电导率在10^5S/m左右,常规的超导炭黑的电导率在10^3s/m左右。正极材料加入6.0%的石墨烯作为导电剂,在2.00~3.65V充放电,10.00C放电容量保持率在第5次循环提高约5.6%;80.0%容量时,5.00C循环,寿命延长近一倍;在-20℃时,0.33C充放电,容量保持率比加入6.0%的超导炭黑混合导电剂的磷酸铁锂正极锂离子电池高出13.0%。The application of graphene in lithium iron phosphate(LiFePO4)cathode materials was studied.Graphene conductivity was tested in the 105 S/m or so and the conventional superconducting carbon black in the 103 S/m or so.The battery cathode with 6.0%weight graphene as conductive agent could be improved.The capacity retention was improved by about 5.6%at 10.00 C discharge in 2.00-3.65 V after5th cycles.The cycle life was raised nearly doubled at 80.0%capacity at 5.00 C and the capacity retention was improved by 13.0%at-20°C,when cycled at 0.33 C in 2.00-3.65 V,comparing the 6%weight conventional LiFeP04 cathode Li-ion battery.
