摘 要:分析现有电池极片碾压装置存在的极片易掉落、易卡住和易上翘等问题,对极片碾压装置进行改造,包括加装铁片、增加弧形板、设计锯齿形面挡板,使极片碾压装置满足混合动力汽车用高功率镍氢动力电池的极板生产要求。改造过程合理,改造后解决了极片易掉落、易卡住、易上翘的问题,达到预期目标,提高工作效率,碾压时间缩短16.7%,全年产量提高20%,全年合格率由94.39%提高到95.19%,并杜绝了安全隐患。The problems of easy fallingjamming and warping in the battery pole piece rolling device were analyzed.The pole piece rolling device was reformed,including adding iron sheet,adding arc-shaped plates,and design zigzag face baffles,which could meet the pole plate production requirements of high-power nickel-hydrogen power batteries for hybrid electric vehicles.The transformation process was reasonable.After the transformation,the problems of easy falling,jamming and warping were solved.The expected goals were achieved,the work efficiency was improved,the rolling time was shortened by 16.7%,the annual output was increased by 20%,the annual pass rate was increased from 94.39%to 95.19%,and the potential safety hazard was eliminated.
