志书章节体与条目体的比较研究

摘　　要：对志书章节体与条目体的比较研究表明,在确保质量的前提下,为完成国务院办公厅印发的《全国地方志事业发展规划纲(2015—2020年)》提出的规划任务,可采用条目体修志方式,既可较好地解决第二轮修志所存在的问题,又可保持我国地方志书特有的传统结构形式,在继承条目体的长处的基础上,力求创新发展。在对条目体的4部志书进行对比分析后又认为,志书条目体的编修应充分发挥条目体的长处,并将章节体的长处融合于志书中,章节体与条目体的结合体不是简单的结合,而应注重志书采用条目体"述"体的应用和合理设置条目体志书的条目。Comparative studies in chapter-structured and entry-structured chronicles show that under the premise of guaranteeing quality and to complete the tasks put forward in National Local Chronicles Development Outline (2015-2020) issued by General Office of the State Council,the entry-structured chronicles are feasible.They can not only better solve existing problems for chronicle compilation in the second round but also maintain featured traditional structure of local chronicles in our country.We should strive for innovation and development based on inheriting strong points of entrystructured style.After a contrastive analysis of 4 entry-structured chronicles,it is considered that strong points of the entry-structured style shall be given full play and strong points of the chapter-structured style shall be integrated.The two styles cannot be simply combined but we have to pay attention to the application of the entry-structured style and reasonably set up the entries.
