摘 要:针对我国大功率、长寿命卫星的应用需求,开展了高轨大功率电源控制器(PCU)的研究工作。PCU设计上采用全调节统一母线,接口上适应高效三结砷化镓太阳电池阵的结电容特性,满足高比能量锂离子蓄电池组的恒流恒压充电需求;采用模块化设计,具有母线品质好、输出功率范围宽、载荷适应能力强等优点,在地球同步轨道通信卫星、遥感卫星等领域有广泛应用前景。介绍了高轨大功率PCU的工程研制和在轨应用情况,对国产大功率PCU的设计方法、技术特点及研制情况进行了描述,结合国产大功率PCU在高分四号卫星上的应用,对在轨飞行数据进行了梳理、分析和评价。The GEO high-power PCU (Power Conditioning Unit) can meet the requirements of high-power and long-life satellite. The PCU with 3-region control and uniform bus was designed, which adapted to the junction capacitance of the high efficiency triple-junction GaAs solar cell and satisfied the demand of the high specific energy lithium battery with the constant current and constant voltage charging mode. The PCU adopted modular design with the advantages of wide range output power and excellent load adaptability, having good application prospect in high-power geosynchronous satellite. This paper described the research and application of GEO high-power PCU. The design method and technical characteristics of the PCU was introduced. The performance specification of the PCU was adequately tested and verified by qualification test. The in-orbit operation state of PCU was analyzed by telemetry data.
