摘 要:根据吸附式空气干燥装置的工作机理及再生转换特性,对吸附式干燥器再生排污消声器的结构设计原则进行了归纳总结。设计了一种基于同轴共振消声原理的阻抗复合式消声器,通过测试对比再生排污口的压力及噪声,验证其结构设计的合理性。试验表明:相比于传统干燥器消声器,该结构消声器在满足快速排污的前提下,再生过程噪声优化提升不明显(仅5dB左右),但冲击噪声能降低12dB以上,能够有效解决目前城市轨道交通用吸附式干燥器排污消声器寿命短、噪声大的难题。According to the working mechanism of adsorption air dryer and the characteristics of regeneration conversion, the structure design principle of the regenerative exhaust muffler of the adsorption dryer was summarized. An impedance multiple muffler for regenerative exhaust was put forward based on the principle of coaxial resonance silencing, the rationality of its structure design was verified by measuring the pressure and noise of regenerative exhaust outlet. Experiments show that compared with the traditional dryer muffler, the structure muffler has no obvious improvement in noise optimization during regeneration process(only about 5 decibels), but the impact noise can be reduced by more than 12 decibels, which can effectively solve the problems of short life and high noise of the current adsorption dryer muffler for urban rail transit.
