35例混合型过敏性紫癜复发因素分析

摘　　要：目的:分析儿童及成人混合型过敏性紫癜复发因素。方法:回顾性分析我院2017年2月至2018年5月住院的过敏性紫癜患者的临床资料。结果:35例患者中儿童(<16岁)23例,成人(≥16岁)12例,年龄5~75岁。出院后复发23例,其中成人7例,儿童16例;23例复发患者中,有明确复发诱因的患者10例(43.48%),主要因素为剧烈运动(5例)和感染(3例)。年龄与儿童混合型过敏性紫癜肾脏受累风险呈正相关(P<0.05,OR=3.934,95%CI:1.092-14.176),未发现成人肾脏受累可能相关因素。结论:对于复发患者,除感染外剧烈运动也是我们应该考虑的重要诱因;儿童更易出现病情复发,且其年龄越大肾脏受累可能性越大。Objective: To analyze the recurrence factors of the patients with mixed allergic purpura. Methods: The data of the patients with primary mixed allergic purpura diagnosed from February 2017 to May 2018 was analyzed. Results: Thirtyfive patients were collected, including 23 children (<16 years old) and 12 adults (≥16 years old). The age ranged from 5 to 75 years old. Of 35 patients, 23 reoccurred including 16 children and 7 adults. The recurrence factors were identified in 10 patients, including strenuous exercise (5 cases) and infection (3 cases). Age was positively associated with renal involvement in children( P< 0.05 ,OR=3.934,95% CI: 1.092-14.176) and no relative factors of renal involvement in adults were found. Conclusion: For relapsed patients, strenuous exercise is also an important factor. Children were more likely to have disease recurrence, and the older they are, the kidney is more likely to be involved.
