摘  要:随着民用航空客舱和动力装置等材料或结构的防火耐火性能要求提高,防火试验方法越来越严格和细化。其中防火试验用油燃烧器已从原来简易的油气一体式油燃烧器等发展至Sonic油燃烧器。本文主要叙述了Sonic油燃烧器的历史背景、主要用途、结构组成、与原油燃烧器试验对比等内容。从火焰特性而言,Sonic油燃烧器的燃油、空气及结构控制严格,火焰特性更加稳定也易于维持。在结构上,也方便技术更新和改进,更有效地符合民航规章标准及防火试验要求。With the improved requirement of fire-proof and fire-resistant performance of materials or structures in cabins and powerplant devices,the fire test methods are becoming more and more strict and specified.The oil burners for fire test have been developed from the original simple oil-gas integrated to the Sonic oil burner.This paper focuses on the background,main application,structure and components of the Sonic oil burner,makes comparison with the old oil burner.For the flame characteristics,the Sonic burner is more stable and easier to maintain than the old oil burners.Because the profiles of fuel,air and interior structure are strictly controlled.It is also convenient for technical updating and improvement for Sonic burner,and would meet the requirements of civil aviation regulations and standards of fire test more efficiently.
