摘　　要：为贯彻落实《国务院关于加快科技服务业发展的若干意见》的精神,加快促进科技成果转化,深入实施创新驱动发展战略,本文以兰州科技大市场为例,分析甘肃省科技成果转化典型服务模式,展现甘肃省在成果转化和科技创新等方面的服务成效,剖析转化中存在的问题,面临的机遇和挑战,提出符合甘肃省实际情况的发展建议。To carry out the spirit of the Opinions of State Council on Several Issues Concerning Accelerating the Development of Science and Technology Service Industry, accelerate the transformation of science and technology achievements and deeply implement the innovation-driven development, the strategic prerequisite, the article, with the example of Lanzhou Technological Grand Market, shows the effect of service, analyzes the problems, opportunities and challenges emerging in transformation and proposes development suggestions suitable for the real situation in Gansu province by analyzing the typical service model in the transformation of science and technology achievements in Gansu province.
