摘　　要：鼻鼽是以突然和反复发作的鼻痒、喷嚏、清涕、鼻塞等为主要特征的鼻病,小儿鼻鼽多由脏腑虚损,正气不足,风邪、寒邪、异气侵袭所致。小儿脏腑娇嫩,御邪能力较弱,因而易于感触,容易发病,病程缠绵。田老运用肺脾同治法以"治未病"为核心的治疗思路获益良多,远期控制效果良好。The performance of the allergic rhinitis is mainly sneezing,nasal obstruction and rhinorrhea;There are many causes of allergic rhinitis in children such as the six evils,deficient right-Qi,weakness of the viscera .Children are all liable to diseases.and have a longer course of illness.Professor Tian Li emphasized the importance of lungs and spleen when treat AR,whose preventive medicine thought has good effect on allergic rhinitis.
