摘  要:由于雷达系统中传输网络的传递函数出现幅频或相频的波纹,宽带雷达系统输出信号会出现成对回波现象,造成信号失真。传统的成对回波理论很难有效地分析微波/毫米波传输线色散和不连续性对时域脉冲信号传输特性的影响,通过利用时域有限差分法(FDTD)结合Taylor级数展开法来研究微波/毫米波传输线色散特性和不连续性是否会产生对时域脉冲信号的成对回波现象,理论研究及仿真结果表明:具有色散性或不连续性的微波/毫米波传输线以及无源器件如滤波器、定向耦合器等在传输时域脉冲信号时都不会产生成对回波现象。Due to the amplitude or phase frequency ripple of the transfer function of the transmission network in the radar system,the output signal of the wideband radar system will appear as a paired echo phenomenon,causing signal distortion.The traditional paired echo theory was difficult to effectively analyze the influence of microwave/millimeter wave transmission line dispersion and discontinuity on the transmission characteristics of time domain pulse signals.This paper used the finite difference time domain( FDTD) method combined with Taylor series expansion method to study whether the dispersion characteristics and discontinuities of microwave/millimeter wave transmission lines would produce paired echoes under the time domain pulse signals.Theoretical research and simulation results showed that microwave/millimeter wave transmission lines with dispersive or discontinuous and passive components such as filters and directional couplers do not generate paired echoes when transmitting time-domain pulse signals.
