摘 要:采用廉价工业原料成功制备了富B酸多级孔硅铝材料,并采用N2吸附-脱附、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、吡啶吸附红外、NH3程序升温脱附(NH3-TPD)进行了表征。结果表明:该材料由直径约在20~30nm的初级粒子堆积形成,孔体积为0.99mL/g,可几孔径为43.2nm。与工业氧化铝相比,具有更高的酸量,同时引入了丰富的B酸中心,B/L酸比值2.2。采用该材料制备的催化裂化催化剂具有更好的重油转化能力、焦炭选择性,和更高的总液收。Using cheap commercial raw material, a novel hierarchically porous silica-alumina material rich in Br nsted acidities are successfully prepared. The sample was characterized by N2 adsorption-desorption, SEM, TEM, pyridine adsorption IR spectra and NH 3-TPD techniques. The results indicated the material was accumulated by primary particles with diameter of 20-30 nm. The pore volume could be up to 0.99 mL/g and the most probable pore diameter was 43.2 nm. Compared to the commercial alumina, it has higher acid amount. Due to the abundant Br nsted acidities, Br nsted-to-Lewis acidity ratio was up to 2.2. FCC catalyst prepared with this porous material has higher conversion rate for heavy oil and higher coke selectivity and total liquid yield.
