摘　　要：以丙烯酸甲酯和1,3-丙二胺为原料,合成了一种新型超支化聚酰胺-胺反相破乳剂。用红外和核磁氢谱表征了产物的结构,考察了破乳条件对其破乳性能的影响。实验结果表明:在添加量为40mg/L,破乳温度为60℃和沉降时间30min时,脱油率可达91%。A novel hyperbranched poly(amido amine) reverse demulsifier was synthesized with methyl acrylate and 1,3-propane diamine as raw materials. The structure of reverse demulsifier was characterized by means of FT-IR and 1H NMR.The effects of the reaction conditions on the properties of the reversed demulsifier polyether polyquaternary ammonium were studied.The results indicated that: when the dosage of reverse demulsifier was 40 mg/L,demulsification temperature is 60 ℃ and the settling time is 30 min, the oil removal rate was 91%.The reverse demulsifier had a better demulsification porformance then other industrial conventional agents.
