摘 要:Fluolead试剂是一种新型氟化试剂,其制备简单、稳定性好、活性高、应用范围广(能与含有醇、醛、酮、羧酸等基团的物质发生反应合成相应的含氟化合物)、易处理、安全易操作等优点。从Fluolead对羟基的氟化、对羰基(包括醛基)的氟化、对羧基的氟化、对硫代碳酸酯基(包含硫代羰基)的氟化,Fluolead用于基团保护,Fluolead制备五氟化硫方面综述了Fluolead试剂在有机氟化领域的新进展。Fluolead is a new type of fluorinating reagent. It has varieties merits such as simple preparation, good stability, high activity, wide application range, which reacts with substances containing alcohol, aldehyde, ketone, carboxylic acid and other groups to synthesize the corresponding fluorine-containing compounds. This article mainly from six aspects (Fluolead fluorination of hydroxyl groups, fluorination of carbonyl (including aldehyde groups), fluorination of carboxyl groups, fluorination of thiocarbonate groups (including thiocarbonyl groups), Fluolead used in Group protection, Fluolead preparation of sulfur pentafluoride) reviewed the recent advances in the field of organic fluorination of Fluolead.
