乌鲁木齐市老龄人口医养结合知晓率及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解乌鲁木齐市老龄人口对医养结合养老服务的知晓现状及其影响因素,提出乌鲁木齐市医养结合养老服务发展的相关建议。方法在乌鲁木齐市7区1县城区范围内抽取50个社区卫生服务中心(站)内符合纳入标准的60岁以上的10 000名老龄人口进行问卷调查,分析人口学特征,了解老龄人口医养结合知晓现状,并采用多因素二分类Logistic回归方法分析影响老龄人口医养结合知晓率的相关因素。结果知道并了解医养结合相关知识的老龄人口有1 281名(13.67%),仅听说过医养结合的老龄人口有4 395名(46.91%),不知道医养结合的老龄人口有3 693名(39.42%)。影响老龄人口医养结合知晓现状的主要因素有年龄、文化程度、子女个数、退休前职业类型和Barthel指数。结论乌鲁木齐市老龄人口医养结合知晓率较低,相关部门应加强医养结合方式宣传模式,以失能、半失能为重点,以医保为着力点,因地制宜推进医养结合。Objective To understand the current situation and influencing factors of the elderly population in Urumqi about the integrated medical and nursing care for the aged;and to put forward relevant suggestions for the development of the integrated medical and nursing care for the aged in Urumqi. Methods a survey of 10,000 elderly people were collected over the age of 60 from 50 community health service centers(stations) in 7 districts and 1 county of Urumqi. The demographic characteristics were analyzed to understand the current situation of knowledge about the combination of medical care and maintenance among the elderly population, and the related factors affecting the awareness rate of the combination of medical care and maintenance among the elderly population were analyzed by multifactor binary logistic regression analysis. Results The elderly population surveyed knew and understood accounted for 13.67 % of the population, heard but did not understand accounted for 46.91 %, and never heard of accounted for 39.42 %. The main factors influencing the awareness of the elderly population about the combination of medical care and maintenance were age, education level, number of children, pre-retirement occupational type and Barthel index. Conclusion Our survey analysis showed that people in Urumqi have a low rate of awareness of medical and health integration. Therefore the relevant departments should strengthen the model of medical and health integration, focusing on disability and semi-disability, medical insurance, and thereby promoting the medical and health integration according to local conditions.
