摘 要:采用组合式生物除臭工艺处理某污水处理厂污泥处理系统排放的恶臭气体,处理规模为5 000 m^3/h.运行结果表明,组合式生物除臭工艺对恶臭气体的处理效率高、运行成本低。稳定运行对硫化氢、氨和臭气浓度的去除率分别达到98%、99%和93%以上,出气浓度分别稳定在0.02 mg/m^3.0. 5 mg/m^3和4,满足《恶臭污染物排放标准)(GB 14554 1993)的一级标准。除臭工程运行成本为94.32元/d。The combined biological deodorization technology was used to treat the odors discharged from the sludge treatment system of a sewage treatment plant. The design and operation of the project were introduced and analyzed. The treatment capacity of the project was 5 000 m^3/h. The engineering operation result showed that the combined biological deodorization process had high treatment efficiency and low operating cost for odors. The removal rates of hydrogen sulphide, ammonia and odor were more than 98%, 99% and 93% respectively. And the concentrations of pollutant indexes were stable at 0. 02 mg/m^3, 0. 5 mg/m^3 and 4 respectively. All the indexes met the first class of the Emission Standards for Odor Pollutants ( GB 14554 - 1993 ). The operating cost of the deodorization project was 94. 32 yuan/d.
