摘　　要：在生产汽缸体铸件过程中,出现了一些与涂料相关的质量问题。从铸造涂料类型的选择、铸造涂料的质量控制与使用工艺等方面着手,解决了相关问题。作者通过几个案例来阐述铸造涂料类型的选择、质量控制及使用工艺等对铸件质量的重要性。In the process of producing cylinder block castings, there are some quality problems related to coatings. The problems related to the selection of casting coatings, the quality control of casting coatings the application process were solved. Through several cases, the author expounds the importance of the selection of casting coating type, quality control and application technology to the quality of castings.
