摘 要:以钛酸丁酯和酞菁配合物为原料,采用溶剂热法制备金属酞菁/TiO_2(MPc/TiO_2)脱硫催化剂。利用XRD、FTIR、PL、SEM以及XPS等进行表征,研究催化剂对燃油中噻吩类含硫化合物的脱除性能。结果表明,MPc/TiO_2中TiO_2结晶度好,具有片层状结构,酞菁配合物分子与半导体形成穿插结构,共同促进晶体的生长,在紫外光下照射3 h,ZnPc-TiO_2的脱硫率最高可达98.54%。Phthalocyanine complex-TiO2 composite catalyst was prepared by hydrothermal method using butyltitanate as raw material.The photocatalysts of MPc/TiO2 was investigated by XRD,FTIR,PL,SEM and XPS.The result shows that the crystallinity of MPc/TiO2 prepared by hydrothermal method is improved when TiO2 were sensitized by the phthalocyanine complex,there is a strong interaction between phthalocyanine molecules and TiO2 MPc/TiO2 catalysts.Test of photocatalytic oxidation of thiophene shows that the degradation rate of MPc-TiO2 was up to 98.54%after 3 h irradiation under ultraviolet light.
