水性环氧树脂乳液的制备

摘　　要：以双酚A型环氧树脂E-20、聚乙二醇为原料,通过化学改性制备水性环氧树脂乳液。结果表明,水性环氧树脂制备工艺:聚合温度90℃,聚合时间6 h、催化剂用量0.8%。红外光谱测定表明,环氧基减少,羟基量增加,证明改性后的环氧树脂亲水性增强;水性环氧树脂乳液呈颗粒状且粒径大小均匀。Bisphenol A diglycidyl ether to modify epoxy resin E-20 and polyethylene glycol were used as raw materials,which was used to prepare the waterborne epoxy resin emulsion by chemical modification.The result showed that the preparation process of waterborne epoxy resin were:the polymerization temperature 90℃,polymerization time 6 h,catalyst dosage 0.8%.IR spectra observed the reduction both epoxy groups of epoxy resin and increase the number of hydroxyl,and it confirmed that the epoxy resin is water soluble.Scanning electron microscopy showed emulsion particles were globular and uniform particle size.
