天津地区几种黄瓜真菌、细菌及病毒性病害研究

摘　　要：针对目前黄瓜各种真菌性病害、细菌性病害和病毒性病害高发的现状,对天津地区黄瓜病害的发生情况进行田间观察,并运用试纸条法、PCR法及RT-PCR法对黄瓜种子和叶片样品进行检测。结果表明:田间观察发现,天津地区黄瓜病害主要有细菌性病害、真菌性病害及病毒性病害,其中真菌性病害最为普遍,褐斑病、白粉病、霜霉病多发;试纸条法在30份黄瓜品种种子样品中检出种传病害瓜类细菌性果斑病病原(Aac)1份,在11份叶片样品中检测出黄瓜绿斑驳花叶病毒(CGMMV)和烟草花叶病毒(TMV)各1份;PCR法在30份种子样品和2份疑似病害叶片样品中有3份种子样品检出细菌性角斑病;RT-PCR法在30份种子样品和6份疑似病害叶片样品中有1份叶片同时检出黄瓜绿斑驳花叶病毒(CGMMV)和烟草花叶病毒(TMV)。In view of the current situation of various fungal diseases, bacterial diseases and viral diseases of cucumber, the experiment was conducted to investigate the occurrence of cucumber diseases in Tianjin through field observation, the seed and leaf samples of different cucumber varieties were detected by the method of dipstick methodology, PCR and RT-PCR. The results showed that according to the field observation, there were mainly bacterial diseases, fungal diseases and viral diseases occurred in cucumber in Tianjin, among which the fungal disease was the most common, especially brown spot disease, powdery mildew, downy mildew occurred frequently. Basing on the dipstick methodology, Acidovorax citrulli (Aac) was detected in 1 seed sample of 30 cucumber varieties, the Cucumber green mottle mosaic virus (CGMMV) and Tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) were detected in 1 leaf sample of 11 cucumber leaf samples. Basing on the PCR results, the bacterial keratoderma was detected in 3 seed samples of 30 cucumber varieties but not detected in 2 leaf samples. The results of RT-PCR were showed that the Cucumber green mottled mosaic virus (CGMMV) and Tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) were detected in 1 leaf sample of 6 leaf samples but not detected in 30 seed samples.
