天津市2018/2019年冬季农业气象条件分析

摘　　要：采用天津13个基本站的气象观测数据,分析2018/2019冬季气温、降水、日照等气候要素的变化情况及其对农业生产的影响。结果表明:2018/2019年冬季平均气温整体偏高,但12月和2月出现阶段性低温,其中12月上旬、下旬和2月上旬、中旬气温距平分别为-1.1,-1.5,-0.6,-1.6℃;平均降水较历史同期偏少58%;日照时间较历史同期减少19.2 h,光照略有不足。在农事方面,2018/2019年冬季无农业气象灾害发生,整体气象条件对农业生产比较有利,冬小麦安全越冬,2月底陆续开始返青,发育期较历年略偏晚,受2月低温寡照影响,设施温室喜温类果菜生长缓慢,发育期略有延迟。根据2019年春季天气趋势预测,在防止春旱和春播工作上提出相关的农事生产建议。According to the observation data of 13 fixed weather stations in Tianjin, the paper analyzed the characteristics of temperature, sunshine and precipitation and its impacts on agricultural production during the winter of 2018/2019. The results showed that , the average temperature in the winter of 2018/2019 was higher than the same historical period, in which the phasic low temperature were occurred on the first ten days and the last ten days of December, and the first and middle ten days of February, with the temperature departure -1.1,-1.5,-0.6,-1.6 ℃, respectively. The average precipitation and sunshine in the winter of 2018/2019 were decreased by 58% and 19.6 h than the same historical period. In farming, no severe meteorological disasters occurred and meteorological conditions were generally favorable to agricultural production during the winter of 2018/2019. The wheat could over wintering safely and return green stage in succession on the end of February, but the development stage was slightly late than normal. Due to the low temperature and insufficient sunshine on February, the fruit vegetables grew slowly and the development period was delay. The suggestions of spring drought prevention and spring sowing on agricultural production were proposed according to the 2019 spring climate prediction.
