自动痔套扎术治疗轻中度痔的临床研究

摘　　要：目的评价自动痔套扎术(RPH)治疗轻中度痔的效果。方法随机将88例轻中度痔患者分为2组,每组44例。对照组行微波治疗,观察组实施RPH。比较2组的治疗时间、创面愈合时间、临床效果和术后6个月的随访情况。结果观察组的治疗时间、创面愈合时间、水肿率、治疗总有效率及随访期间的复发率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后出血率略低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论RPH治疗轻中度痔,操作简单、治疗时间短、并发症少、创面愈合快,而且有效率高、复发率低。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of automatic ligation of hemorrhoids in treatment of mild and moderate hemorrhoids.Methods 88 patients with mild and moderate hemorrhoids in the hospital from December 2016 to November 2017 were divided into research group and control group according to random number table,with 44 cases in each group.Control group was given microwave therapy,while research group was treated with automatic ligation of hemorrhoids.The clinical efficacy of two groups were compared.The treatment time,wound healing time and postoperative half-year follow-up in two groups were recorded and compared.Results The treatment time,wound healing time,edema rate,total effective rate and recurrence rate in the observation group were better than those in the control group ( P <0.05 ).The postoperative bleeding rate in the observation group was slightly lower than that in the control group,but there was no significant difference ( P >0.05 ).Conclusion RPH in the treatment of mild and moderate hemorrhoids,simple operation,short treatment time,less complications,rapid wound healing,and high effective rate,low recurrence rate.
