卡片式仪器使用表在急诊仪器管理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨卡片式仪器使用表在急诊仪器管理中的作用。方法自行设计卡片式仪器使用表并制作成卡片,对急诊护理人员进行相关培训,从仪器功能状态、时间管理效果、护士工作满意度三个方面对卡片式仪器使用表的作用进行综合评价。结果应用卡片式仪器使用表后急救仪器完好率100%,急诊仪器平均取用时间(3.89±1.24)min,急诊仪器平均整理时间(18.92±2.76)min,护士交接班平均时间(15.30±2.89)min,护理人员总体工作满意度100%,与实施前相比均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论卡片式仪器使用表不仅保证了急诊仪器的完好备用状态,还可提高护理人员的工作满意度。Objective To evaluate the effect of equipment usage cards in emergency instrument management. Methods Use the self-designed equipment usage cards and train emergency nursing staffs how to use it,evaluation of the cards effect through 3 dimensions:the instrument functional status,the effect of time management and the job satisfaction of the nurses.Results Compared with before implementation the equipment usage cards,applied that can higher the emergency instruments' intact conditions(100%)and nurses' satisfaction,shorter the time of pick emergency instruments (3.89±1.24min),organize emergency instruments (18.92±2.76min),shift time of nurses (15.30± 2.89min),which all have statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Equipment usage cards not only ensures the good standby state of the emergency equipment,but also improves the job satisfaction of the nursing staff.
