摘 要:处于炉役末期的马钢1#高炉,通过加强原燃料的管理,加强炉体监控,量化钛元素的沉积量,严格控制铁口状态等多种手段,在炉缸炭砖遭到严重侵蚀的条件下,实现炉役末期的安全生产,充分挖掘高炉的边际价值。针对炉役末期炉缸的状况展开分析,钛元素的使用量要与高炉的产量相匹配,堵风口操作的同时要兼顾炉缸活跃性的变化。At the end of the furnace,Maanshan Iron&Steel Co.,Ltd.1# blast furnace was severely eroded in the furnace carbon brick by strengthening the management of the raw fuel,strengthening the monitoring of the furnace body,quantifying the deposition of titanium elements,and strictly controlling the state of the iron mouth.Under the conditions,the safe production at the end of the furnace is realized,and the marginal value of the blast furnace is fully exploited.According to the analysis of the condition of the furnace hearth at the end of the furnace,the amount of titanium used should match the output of the blast furnace.The operation of the air blocking port should take into account the change of the activity of the hearth.
