摘　　要：中国经济高速发展,老龄化社会问题日趋严重。基于城乡差异化,优化和完善老年人医疗服务及产品体验成了亟待解决的问题。本研究通过用户访谈、现场观察等多种研究方法的应用,进行研究采样,提出以实时监测老人身体健康、简化医疗服务及产品使用流程和提高使用率、合理分配医疗资源的指导性设计原则和设计。通过对城市和农村的比较分析,不仅为通用性老年人医疗产品的创新设计提供了理论和实践支撑,而且为其他相关产品设计带来一定的借鉴意义。With the rapid development of China's economy,the social problem of aging is becoming more and more serious.Based on the difference between urban and rural areas,it is urgent to optimize and improve the medical services and product experience for the elderly.Through the application of user interviews,on-site observation and other research methods,this study conducted research sampling,and proposed guiding design principles and designs for real-time monitoring of the health of the elderly,simplifying the process of medical services and products,improving the utilization rate and rationally allocating medical resources.Through comparative analysis of urban and rural areas,it not only provides theoretical and practical support for innovative design of universal medical products for the elderly,but also provides some reference for other related product design.
