摘　　要：目前,智慧图书馆建设只重视技术应用而忽略了人的作用,且设计思路混乱,组织结构不科学。针对上述问题,智慧图书馆设计思维应该以人为出发点,注重发展的可持续性,创建可迭代性的工作模型,构建科学的基本框架。如此,智慧图书馆发展才能更加贴近用户,创造信息资源价值,实现信息资源的智慧化管理。The completely new design thinking not only guides the direction of the construction of the smart library,but also provides the focus of model construction.The intelligence of library and the intelligence of information management are dependent on technology and people.The design thinking coordinates the relationship among library,technology and people and also clearly controls the various parts in the construction of the smart library.The design thinking provides a reference and convenience to the application of technology in the construction of the smart library,offering a new perspective to study the future development trend of libraries.
