摘  要:针对高速脉冲均匀分配算法不能根据相邻粗插补数据的变化计算精插补数据的问题,提出了一种四点插值细分精插补算法,并利用FPGA进行硬件仿真。实验表明该算法既可以保证脉冲均匀分配,又可以有效地降低精插补与粗插补数据点的偏差,进一步提高了数控系统控制精度。To solve the problem that high speed pulse uniform distribution algorithm can′t calcutate the interpolating data according to the variation of adjacent data points,a kind of interpolation algorithm based on 4-point interpolation subdivision is proposed in this paper,and it is studied by using the FPGA hardware simulation.The results of FPGA hardware verification show that the algorithm can not only ensure the uniform distribution of pulse,but also effectively reduce the data points deviation in fine interpolation and coarse interpolation ,and further improve the control precision of the CNC system.
