摘  要:提出了一种6MN整体机架立式挤压机的基本设计方案。整体机架是将工作横梁、下横梁及两侧立柱铸造或焊接成一个整体。利用PRO/E软件建立包括上横梁、整体式机架、主工作缸、主回程缸和穿孔液压缸等主要部件的挤压机实体模型,将上横梁和整体式机架导入ABAQUS有限元软件中建立有限元模型,应用直接加载法对上横梁和整体式机架进行受力分析。分析结果表明:最大工作载荷下上横梁和整体机架的最大等效应力分别为158.4MPa和88.9MPa,小于其对应材料的屈服强度230MPa和139MPa;上横梁和整体机架的中间截面挠度分别为0.329mm和0.395mm,小于其对应的许用挠度0.6mm和0.75mm。上横梁和整体式机架的强度和刚度均满足设计要求。This paper presents a basic design scheme for a 6MN integral frame vertical extruder.The overall frame is to weld the working beam,the lower beam and the two side columns into one unit.A solid model of the extruder including upper beam,integral frame,main working cylinder,main return cylinder and hydraulic perforated cylinder was established by using Pro/E software,and the upper beam and the integral frame are imported into ABAQUS software to establish the finite element model.The upper beam and the whole frame are simulated by the direct loading method.The results show that the maximum equivalent stresses of the upper beam and the whole frame under the maximum working load are 158.4 MPa and 88.9 MPa respectively,which are less than the yield strength of the corresponding materials of 230 MPa and 139 MPa.The deflections of the middle section of the upper beam and the frame are 0.329 mm and 0.395 mm respectively,which are less than the corresponding allowable deflections of 0.6 mm and 0.75 mm.The strength and stiffness of the upper beam and the integral frame all meet the design requirements.
