环孢素A联合康力龙治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨环孢素A联合康力龙治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血的疗效。方法选择2016年12月~2017年12月我院收治的慢性再生障碍性贫血患者60例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例,对照组予环孢素A治疗,观察组同时联合康力龙,治疗后对两组的临床疗效进行评价,同时检测两组患者治疗前后白细胞、血小板、血红蛋白的水平。结果观察组患者治疗后基本治愈12例、缓解10例,总有效率达73.3%,显著高于对照组的总有效率50.0%,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的白细胞、血小板、血红蛋白水平比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的白细胞、血小板、血红蛋白水平分别较治疗前比较显著升高,且观察组患者治疗后的白细胞(4.72±0.36)×109/L,血小板(35.04±4.65)×109/L,血红蛋白(94.93±14.25)g/L,分别显著高于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论环孢素A联合康力龙治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血可以显著提高临床疗效,改善贫血等临床症状,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广和应用。Objective To investigate the efficacy of cyclosporine A combined with stanozolol in the treatment of chronic aplastic anemia. Methods Sixty patients with chronic aplastic anemia admitted in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given cyclosporine. The observation group was given cyclosporine combined with stanozolol. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated after treatment, and the levels of white blood cells, platelets and hemoglobin were measured before and after treatment. Results In the observation group, 12 patients were cured and 10 patients were relieved. The total effective rate was 73.3%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(50.0%). The difference in the efficacy between the two groups was significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, the levels of white blood cells, platelets and hemoglobin between the two groups were not significantly different (P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of white blood cells, platelets and hemoglobin between the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the white blood cells of the observation group were (4.72±0.36)×109/L, and the platelets were (35.04±4.65)×109/L, hemoglobin was (94.93±14.25) g/L, which were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Cyclosporine A combined with stanozolol in the treatment of chronic aplastic anemia can significantly improve clinical efficacy, improve clinical symptoms such as anemia, improve the quality of life of patients, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
