摘　　要：目的探讨无缝隙护理在经电子支气管镜检查护理中的应用及对患者不良反应发生的影响。方法选取2017年2月~2018年1月我院收治的经电子支气管镜检查的患者62例,随机分为对照组与研究组各31例。对照组应用常规的环境、知识、心理、麻醉护理治疗,研究组应用全程的入院前、手术前、手术中、手术后的无缝隙护理治疗,对比两组患者满意度及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组护理满意率96.8%高于对照组74.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组咳嗽1例、气促0例、感染1例、出血0例等不良状况,不良率为6.5%,均少于对照组咳嗽3例、气促2例、感染4例、出血3例,不良反应发生率为38.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经电子支气管镜检查的护理过程中,无缝隙护理的疗效较理想,临床应当加大推广。Objective To explore the application of seamless care in the nursing of electronic bronchoscopy and its adverse reactions. Methods Sixty-two patients undergoing electronic bronchoscopy admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into two groups, 31 in the control group and 31 in the study group. The control group was treated with routine environmental, knowledge, psychological, and anesthetic care. The study group was given seamless care covering pre-hospital, preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative stages. The satisfaction of the two groups and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was 96.8%, which was higher than that of the control group(74.2%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The study group had 1 case of cough, 0 case of shortness of breath, 1 case of infection, and 0 case of bleeding, and the adverse reaction rate was 6.5%, lowering than the 38.7% in the control group(3 cases of cough, 2 cases of shortness of breath, 4 cases of infection, and 3 cases of bleeding), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion During the nursing process through electronic bronchoscopy, the effect of seamless care is ideal and should be promoted.
