甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的临床效果

摘　　要：目的研究甲氨蝶呤(methotrexate,MTX)联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的效果。方法选取我院2011年10月~2017年10月收治的98例异位妊娠患者进行研究,根据治疗方式不同分为两组,各49例,其中对照组单独使用甲氨蝶呤,研究组在此基础上联合使用米非司酮,对比两组患者治疗前后激素、包块大小、各项水平好转情况及症状时间。结果两组治疗前各项激素比较,两组治疗前包块直径与血β-HCG水平比较,两组治疗后LH、FSH比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗总有效率(91.84%)高于对照组(77.55%),研究组治疗后E2低于对照组,研究组治疗后包块直径与血β-HCG水平低于对照组,研究组治疗后包块直径小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对异位妊娠患者实施甲氨蝶呤(MTX)联合米非司酮连续用药保守治疗,患者包块大小显著缩小,激素得到有效好转,治疗效果显著,值得应用。Objective To study the effect of methotrexate(MTX) combined with mifepristone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods A total of 98 ectopic pregnancy patients admitted in our hospital from October 2011 to October 2017 were enrolled. According to different treatment methods, the patients were divided into two groups(n=49). The control group was treated with methotrexate alone. The study group was treated with mifepristone in combination with the above basis. The hormone, mass size, improvement of various levels and symptom time between two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results There was no significant difference in various hormones before treatment, mass diameter and blood β-HCG level before treatment, LH and FSH levels after treatment between the two groups(P>0.05). The efficiency was 91.84% higher than that of the control group(77.55%). The E2 in the study group was lower than that in the control group after treatment. The diameter of the mass and the blood β-HCG level in the study group were lower than those in the control group. The diameter of the mass in the study group was smaller than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion For ectopic pregnancy patients with methotrexate (MTX) and mifepristone continuous medication conservative treatment, the size of the patient's mass is significantly reduced, the hormone is effectively improved, the treatment effect is significant, and the treatment is worth applying.
