胫骨后侧平台骨折创伤关节镜下手术治疗的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析对胫骨后侧平台骨折患者采用创伤关节镜下手术治疗的应用价值。方法选取我院在2017年2月—2018年2月收治的胫骨后侧平台骨折患者76例作为研究对象,采用奇偶法,将其分为两组,每组各38例。对照组行开放手术治疗,观察组行创伤关节镜下手术治疗。将两组手术治疗的效果对比分析。结果观察组患者的骨折愈合时间(90.69±6.69)天,少于对照组的(114.89±7.23)天;观察组患者的关节功能评分为(86.56±6.12)分,高于对照组的(73.12±6.55)分;观察组的骨折复位优良率为92.11%,高于对照组的73.68%,组间各数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论胫骨后侧平台骨折患者采用创伤关节镜下手术治疗效果显著。Objective To analyze the application value of traumatic arthroscopy in the treatment of posterior tibial plateau fractures. Methods 76 patients with posterior tibial plateau fractures were selected from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the study objects. They were divided into parity group(38 cases) and parity group(38 cases). The control group was treated with open surgery, the observation group was treated with traumatic arthroscopic surgery, the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The healing time of fracture in the observation group was(90.69±6.69) days, less than that in the control group(114.89±7.23) days. The joint function score of the observation group was(86.56±6.12) points, which was higher than that of the control group(73.12±6.55) points. The excellent and good rate of fracture reduction in the observation group was 92.11%, which was higher than 73.68% in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with tibial posterior plateau fractures treated by traumatic arthroscopic surgery have a significant effect.
