对标准《疟原虫检测 血涂片镜检法》的几点思考

摘　　要：《疟原虫检测血涂片镜检法》(WS/T 569—2017)标准的颁布与实施,为我国消除疟疾血涂片显微镜检测提供了统一的操作流程和技术规范,保障了血涂片镜检质量。本文通过对比我国标准和WHO推荐方法,结合云南现场实际,从血涂片制作、薄血膜固定和血片染色三个方面探讨标准的应用。The quality of malaria microscopy has been assuring since a national standard, titled Microscopic Examination of Blood Films for Malaria Parasites, was issued and it provided a unified operation process and technical manual on microscopic examination in National Malaria Elimination Program in China. In this paper, the application of the standard with actual situation in Yunnan is discussed from the aspects of blood slide smearing, thin film fixing and slide dyeing by comparing the Chinese standard and the WHO recommended method.
