复方愈酚喷托那敏糖浆治疗儿童急性支气管炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方愈酚喷托那敏糖浆用于儿童急性支气管炎治疗的临床应用效果。方法将我院门诊就诊150名急性支气管炎患儿随机分为对照组与治疗组各75例。在常规治疗基础上,两组分别予复方愈酚喷托那敏糖浆和复方福尔可定口服溶液治疗,疗程均5 d,观察两组临床症状改善、不良反应发生情况,对比评价疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为89.33%,对照组为90.67%;两组不良反应发生率为12.00%。两组各自治疗前后的咳嗽、咳痰呼吸道症状评分差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.01)。而两组间治疗前后呼吸道症状评分,总体疗效评价及不良反应发生情况差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论复方愈酚喷托那敏糖浆治疗儿童急性支气管炎与复方福尔可定口服液止咳化痰疗效相当,未见更多不良反应发生,均安全有效,可广泛临床应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of compound guaifenesine pentoxyverine citrate and chlorphenamine maleate syruptreatment on children with acute bronchitis. Methods 150 children with acute bronchitis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group by 75 cases respectively. In addition to routine treatment, compound guaifenesine pentoxyverine citrate and chlorphenamine maleate syrup or compound pholcodine oral solution was prescribed for different groups respectively by 5 days. Improvement of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions of each group were observed and compared for evaluating effectiveness of different drug. Results The total effective rate was 89.33% in the treatment group , 90.67% in the control group, while incidence of adverse reactions were also 12.00%. The scores of cough, sputum symptoms before and after treatment were significantly different between two groups (P < 0.01), but s no significant difference in occurrence of adverse reactions (P > 0.05). Conclusion Compound guaifenesine pentoxyverine citrate and chlorphenamine maleate syrup is as effective as compound pholcodine oral solution in alleviating cough and expectoration for children with acute bronchitis with no more adverse reactions. Both show significant safety and efficacy in clinical practice which deserve wider application.
