摘　　要：目的观察慢性宫颈炎合并高危型HPV感染患者采取重组人干扰素α2a栓剂联合微波治疗效果。方法本次实验对象为2017年1月—2018年12月本院接收的89例慢性宫颈炎合并高危型HPV患者,随机划分为两组,对照组(n=44)开展单一的微波治疗方案,研究组(n=45)实施重组人干扰素α2a栓剂联合微波治疗方案,统计各组治疗效果、生活质量及HPV阳性状况。结果在治疗总有效率及HPV阳性率方面,对照组分别是77.27%和15.91%;研究组分别是95.56%和2.22%,研究组相比于对照组更优,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);在社会功能、情感职能、生理功能、生理职能、总体健康、躯体疼痛、活力、精神健康评分方面,相比于对照组,研究组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性宫颈炎合并高危型HPV感染疾病治疗期间,应用重组人干扰素α2a栓剂联合微波治疗效果更为明显,其有助于患者临床病症及早改善,促进其生活质量的提高。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of recombinant human interferon α 2a suppository combined with microwave on Chronic Cervicitis Patients with high-risk HPV infection. Methods The subjects were 89 patients with chronic cervicitis and high-risk HPV from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (n =44) was treated with a single microwave therapy. The study group (n =45) was treated with recombinant human interferon α 2a suppository combined with microwave therapy. The therapeutic effect, quality of life and HPV positive status of each group were counted. Results In terms of total effective rate and HPV positive rate, the control group was 77.27% and 15.91% respectively;the study group was 95.56% and 2.22% respectively. Compared with the control group, the study group was better, with statistical significance (P < 0.05);in terms of social function, emotional function, physiological function, physiological function, overall health, physical pain, vitality and mental health score, compared with the control group, the study group was better than the control group. The study group was higher, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion During the treatment of chronic cervicitis complicated with high-risk HPV infection, recombinant human interferon alpha 2a suppository combined with microwave therapy is more effective, which can help patients improve their clinical symptoms as early as possible and improve their quality of life.
