品管圈管理在保证检验样本采集时间准确中的应用

摘　　要：目的通过品管圈管理来保证检验样本采集时间的准确,从而保证样本质量,为医学实验室检验前管理提供新手段。方法在我院2016年11月-2018年11月期间,随机抽取1 000例患者检验样本对其进行研究,对比组患者(n=500)采取传统样本采集流程及常规管理法,观察组患者(n=500)采取移动护理信息系统PDA(Personal Digital Assistant)样本采集流程及品管圈管理法,对比两组方法样本超时率和危急值样本率。结果观察组患者样本超时率和危急值样本率均要少于对比组(P <0.05)。结论采用PDA样本采集流程和品管圈管理法后,保证了检验样本采集时间的准确,优化了采集流程,降低了样本超时率和危急值样本率,提高了样本质量,具有推广应用价值。Objective To ensure the accuracy of sample collection time through quality control circle management, so as to ensure sample quality and provide a new means for pre-test management of medical laboratories. Methods From November 2016 to November 2018, 1000 patients were randomly sampled for study. The control group (n =500) adopted the traditional sample collection process and routine management method, while the observation group (n =500) adopted the mobile nursing information system PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) sample collection process and quality control circle management method, and compared the sample overtime rate and sample rate of critical value of two groups. Results The sample overtime rate and the sample rate of critical value in the observation group were less than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Quality control circle management method is adopted for sample collection of patients in our hospital, which ensures the accuracy of sample collection time, optimizes sampling process, reduces sample overtime rate and critical value sample rate, and improves sample quality.
