生物—心理—社会医学模式在家庭医学中的应用

摘　　要：现代意义上的家庭医学是从20世纪60年代发展起来。医学是一种综合学科,既要关注疾病的治疗,也要关注患者的体验。家庭医学具有自身特色的医学观、方法论及学科理论,其以生物、心理、社会医学模式为指导思想。生物—心理—社会医学模式更加全面、系统地从"带病的人"角度出发,更加全面地对人的疾病进行诊断和治疗,进一步贯彻医学的"人文因素"。文章阐述了生物—心理—社会医学模式的发展背景以及其在家庭医学中的具体应用。Family medicine in the modern sense developed from the 1960s, and originated from the hard injury of specialized medical treatment - too detailed classification. In fact, medicine is a comprehensive subject, which should pay attention to not only the treatment of diseases, but also the experience of patients. Family medicine has its own characteristics of medical concept, methodology and discipline theory. It is guided by biological, psychological and social medical models. Bio-psycho-social medical model is more comprehensive and systematic from the perspective of "sick people", more comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of human diseases, and further implement the "humanistic factors" of medicine. This article introduces the development of bio-psycho-social medical model and its application in family medicine.
