低温等离子消融术联合硬膜外置管治疗盘源性腰痛的效果

摘　　要：目的分析研究采取低温等离子消融术与硬膜外置管联合疗法对盘源性腰痛患者治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年4月—2017年3月所收治70例盘源性腰痛患者进行此次实验研究,将70例盘源性腰痛患者分成对照组与实验组各35例,对照组35例患者采取低温等离子消融术进行治疗,实验组35例患者则采取低温等离子消融术与硬膜外置管联合疗法进行治疗,采取Macnab评分法对手术效果进行评估,同时比较两组患者的疼痛缓解及并发症的发生情况等。结果经过临床治疗,两组患者的病情同治疗前相比均有了一定改善,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);但实验组的疗效优于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义,(P <0.05)。结论对于盘源性腰痛患者而言,低温等离子消融术联合硬膜外置管疗法所取得的效果优于单纯的硬膜外置管治疗方法,安全有效、并发症少。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of low temperature plasma ablation combined with epidural catheter therapy in patients with discogenic low back pain. Methods 70 patients with discogenic low back pain were enrolled in our hospital from April 2016 to March 2017. The study of 70 patients with discogenic low back pain was divided into control group and experimental group, 35 cases. 35 patients in the group were treated with low-temperature plasma ablation. In the experimental group, 35 patients underwent low-temperature plasma ablation combined with epidural catheter therapy. Macnab score was used to evaluate the surgical outcome, and the two groups were compared. Pain relief and the occurrence of complications, etc. Results After clinical treatment, the patients' condition was improved compared with that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). However, the efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference between the groups was obvious (P < 0.05). Conclusion For patients with discogenic low back pain, lowtemperature plasma ablation combined with epidural catheter therapy is superior to simple epidural catheter treatment, safe and effective, with few complications.
