摘　　要：目的探讨日间手术病房有效护理管理模式,并观察其应用效果。方法选择2018年4—12月行日间手术治疗的140例患者,60例予以日常常规护理模式(纳入甲组),另80例实施日间手术优质护理模式(纳入乙组),对比两组护理成效。结果乙组护理满意度、并发症发生率分别为95.0%、7.5%,与甲组73.3%、26.7%相比,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);护理后,两组患者情绪状态均有改善,但乙组SAS、SDS评分均低于甲组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论优质护理用于日间手术患者管理中,可改善患者不良情绪,降低并发症发生率,提升护理服务质量。Objective To explore the effective nursing management mode of day surgery wards and observe its application effect. Methods A total of 140 patients who underwent day-to-day surgery from April 2018 to December 2018 were enrolled. 60 patients were enrolled in routine routine care mode (in group A), and another 80 patients underwent daytime surgery quality care (in group B). Results The satisfaction rate and complication rate of group B were 95.0% and 7.5%, respectively. Compared with 73.3% and 26.7% of group A, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After nursing, the emotions of the two groups were considered. The status improved, but the scores of SAS and SDS in group B were lower than those in group A, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Quality nursing is used in the management of patients during day surgery, which can improve patients' bad mood, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve the quality of nursing services.
